Returns

At SkinEase, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If, contrary to expectations, you are not satisfied, you naturally have the option to return your product.

14-day right of withdrawal

You have a 14-day right of withdrawal in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Act. The period runs from the day you receive your order.

If you wish to cancel your purchase, you must notify us within 14 days by writing to skinease@outlook.com with your order number.

Conditions for returns

For us to approve your return, the following must be met:

The product must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition as when you received it. The original packaging must be included and intact. The product must not show signs of use or handling beyond what is necessary to assess the nature and characteristics of the item.

How to return

1. Contact us at skinease@outlook.com within 14 days of receipt. State your order number and the reason for your return.
2. You will receive a confirmation with information on how and where to send your package.
3. Return the product in its original packaging. The package must be securely packed so that the product is not damaged during shipping.
4. Once we have received and approved your return, we will refund the amount to the payment method you used for the purchase.

Return shipping

Shipping costs associated with returns are paid by you as the customer. We recommend that you send the package with tracking so that you have proof of shipment.

Refund

Your refund will be processed within 14 days from the day we receive the returned product. The amount will be credited back to your original payment method.

Damaged or faulty products

If you have received a product that is damaged or faulty, please contact us as soon as possible at skinease@outlook.com. Please attach pictures of the product and packaging so that we can quickly find a solution – either in the form of an exchange or a full refund including shipping.

Right to complain

You have a 24-month right to complain in accordance with the Danish Sale of Goods Act. The right to complain covers defects and deficiencies that were present at the time of delivery. Normal wear and tear and damage caused by incorrect use or maintenance are not covered.
